The Columbus Blue Jackets play the Carolina Hurricanes for their second of four meetings tonight at Nationwide Arena. Can the Jackets shake off their three-game losing streak to get back on the right track?

The Columbus Blue Jackets have been in a funk. I believe they are playing well, but they are not able to find the back of the net in recent games. A .500 Hurricanes team can provide an outlet to remedy that situation.

However, the issues with the fourth line could continue to hamper the Jackets. Only dressing 11 forwards worked once, but it didn’t work Monday night against the Predators. With head coach John Tortorella shaking up the lines almost every night, it is hard to tell how this game will begin or end.

I expect the CBJ to come out on fire tonight after only picking up one point in the last three games. The Jackets need to get the power play going as well. I would be shocked if they were to be outplayed by the Hurricanes in this game.
