The battle of Blue only happens twice a year with the teams being in different conferences, however it is almost always a great game to watch. While neither team has seen substantial success in the playoffs, the Blues seem to be a guarantee to make the post season annually; while the Blue Jackets are hoping to take the next step and have a successful playoff run for the first time in team history this season. However, there’s still plenty of time before either team has to worry about that.
