Columbus Blue Jackets: How to Watch and Listen to Preseason Games
The Columbus Blue Jackets begin the 2017-2018 preseason Tuesday evening when they go head-to-head with the Chicago Blackhawks.
With the NHL preseason underway, there is no better time to inform you all how to watch and/or listen to the Columbus Blue Jackets’ eight preseason games this year. It’s not like watching the regular season, so we understand why some can get confused with how things work.
All four home games for the Blue Jackets will be streamed on BlueJackets.com and the FOX Sports Go mobile app. Tuesday’s game will also be featured on NHL Network.
Road games are a little more difficult to catch. Wednesday’s game against the St. Louis Blues and Sept. 28’s meeting with the Nashville Predators do not have any viewing options listed in the Blue Jackets’ blog post.
Sept. 23’s game against the Blackhawks and Sept. 30’s Pittsburgh Penguins matchup will both be featured on NHL Network.
All games will be available on local radio. 1460 ESPN will cover the first seven games and CD102.5 FM will cover the final game against Pittsburgh.
If you’re more of a visual person, this might help you.

It’s going to be a little difficult to watch these games considering the low amount of coverage, but we’ll do our best at Union and Blue to watch, listen and write about them.
