1) Chemistry

This team is exactly what I mentioned in the beginning, a new look roster, with several new players. They are the beginning of the new era of the Blue Jackets, and I think they can be a playoff team, but not this season. Chemistry will be there from time to time, but it may take time.

We all know that in an NHL season there isn’t time to adjust, a team needs to be consistent.  Chemistry will be something they gain throughout the year and by next season it shouldn’t be an issue. I think giving Columbus a full 82 game season under their belt as this new team is only fair.
