With four of the top five paid players out, it seems the injury bug has left a big ol’ welt on the Columbus Blue Jacket’s behind.
Injured Reserve:
See my previous post about his injury. Â The Columbus Blue Jackets organization has not come out with any other information since the first announcement. Â He is shooting for mid-December, right around the time Nathan Horton will be back.
I'll come back better and strong than ever! My fans and my friends cheer for me and my team CBJackets! #CBJ

Dalton Prout He has missed the last couple of games with back spasms and was placed on IR retro to November 14th. Â
Good news from Toronto that both Dalton Prout and James Wisniewski are practicing today. #CBJ

Nathan Horton
We all know that Horton has been out since the day the Blue Jackets signed him due to his shoulder surgery. Â He was recently allowed to start his on-ice rehab and practiced with the team for the first time today. Â He previously practiced separate from the team and on optional days. Â His time line is still mid-December and he is experiencing some pain, but this is promising!
