"Moutrey has great size and upside. He needs a fair amount of development to be an offensive pro player, but does have a god toolbox of raw skills to work with. Consistency and strength will be a major areas to focus on improvement. Although he produced a respectable 43 points he tends to “collect” goals, instead of “scoring” goals."
