With four of the top five paid players out, it seems the injury bug has left a big ol’ welt on the Columbus Blue Jacket’s behind.
See my previous post about his injury. The Columbus Blue Jackets organization has not come out with any other information since the first announcement. He is shooting for mid-December, right around the time Nathan Horton will be back.
I’ll come back better and strong than ever! My fans and my friends cheer for me and my team CBJackets! #CBJ

We all know that Horton has been out since the day the Blue Jackets signed him due to his shoulder surgery. He was recently allowed to start his on-ice rehab and practiced with the team for the first time today. He previously practiced separate from the team and on optional days. His time line is still mid-December and he is experiencing some pain, but this is promising!
