Tonight the Columbus Blue Jackets take on the Montreal Canadians. The game will be played in Montreal at the Bell Centre, puck drop is set for 7:30 PM. The game can be seen on Fox Sports Ohio – as well as RDS for Canadian viewers.

Montreal currently sits with a record of 4-2-0, and is comfortably in third place in the Atlantic division. While the Blue Jackets are just under .500 with a record of 2-3-0, and have played one/two less games than every team in the eastern conference – other than the Bruins, who have also only played 5 games. Montreal is presently on a 3 game win streak, beating Edmonton, Vancouver, and Winnipeg – all on the road I might add. They have also scored 3 or more goals in 5 out 6 of their games so far as well. The last time these two teams met was December 6th, 2011, and the Blue Jackets were victorious by a score of 3-2 in a shootout.
