Wouldn’t it be great if someone just told you that you could pick out one away game to attend, free of charge, everything is paid for. Now don’t get any ideas, I am not going to do that for you, sorry. I do want to know where you would go though to see the Blue Jackets play.
Would you choose location over the actual team? Somewhere like sunny Florida or California? How about somewhere with a huge hockey history? The Belle Centre in Montreal, Madison Square Garden in New York City, or even Rexall Place in Edmonton. You could always go with an old division rival, Detroit, St. Louis, Nashville, or even Chicago. Obviously I could go on and on like this.
No offense to Nationwide Arena, but I think it would be a nice change to follow the team on the road. If it were me, I would travel to New York City and see the Blue Jackets take on the New York Rangers in Madison Square Garden. On Thursday December 12th, Columbus makes its way down to the Big Apple to face the Rangers and for the first time, Rick Nash will be on the ice with the Blue Jackets but in a different shade of Blue.
So now I want to know…
